The strong majority of orphans in Ukraine have parents that are still alive. These children are neglected due to disabilities at birth, physical and drug abuse, extreme poverty, collapsing of government systems, and more. Without your help, by age 16 they will be neglected once again by being left on the streets with the equivalency of $5 in their pocket where many will end up homeless, in prison, or will commit suicide.
